He is a decisive leader with a proven track record in high-growth and high-risk markets. With over forty years of experience as a President, CEO, and Managing Director in multinational companies, he founded Etek in Colombia 30 years ago. He possesses strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, allowing him to identify opportunities and threats while developing, integrating, and implementing profitable solutions. He is recognized for his outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, which enable him to build highly motivated, cross-functional, and accountable teams.
