ETEK International, Colombian branch (hereinafter referred to as ETEK), guarantees the security of all information related to employees, clients, suppliers, and third parties through information security protection mechanisms.
All data subjects whose data are processed by ETEK have the right at any time to:
Know, update, and rectify their personal data. This applies to all information provided to the organization, inherent to the company’s operations.
Be informed, upon request, about the handling of their information by ETEK.
Submit to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce any dissatisfaction or complaint regarding the processing of personal data.
Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data when the processing does not respect the constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees.
Access their personal data that has been processed by ETEK free of charge.
ETEK commits to:
Collect, transfer, store, use, circulate, delete, share, and transmit personal data for purposes directly derived from the corporate purpose, maintaining the confidentiality and proper management of this information.
Request authorization for the handling of data from all data subjects. See:

Establish mechanisms that ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of all personal data processed with the authorization of the data subject.
Respond to the data subject’s requests regarding the processing of their information.
Register the databases managed by ETEK with the relevant authorities.
Inform the relevant authorities about any serious event not under the company’s management that compromises the personal information processed by the organization.
